Terms of Service

1. What BeeHash is

BeeHash Cloud provides information about SHA-256 hashrate hosting and related tools. During pre-launch and free beta, nothing on the site is an offer to sell hashrate unless explicitly stated and paid for through an official checkout (when enabled).

2. Solo mining and risk

Solo mining is a probabilistic process (“lottery”). Hashrate does not guarantee block rewards, income, or profit. Network difficulty, luck, pool behavior, and hardware downtime can reduce or eliminate rewards.

3. Beta

Beta may be free, limited, and invite-only.
When a seat is allocated, you provide a valid payout address. Solo finds (if any) are paid by the destination pool to that address on the blockchain. BeeHash provides hashrate only and does not custody coins, keys, or balances.
BeeHash may change, pause, or end beta at any time.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate contact and payout information when required.
You are responsible for your wallet security and for verifying pool stats independently.
Do not use the service for unlawful activity.

5. No warranties

The site, dashboards, and any beta access are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime, exact hashrate delivery at all times, or any financial result.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeeHash Cloud and its operators are not liable for lost profits, lost rewards, indirect damages, or losses arising from mining luck, third-party pools, network conditions, or your wallet/key management.

7. Third parties

Public pool pages, price APIs, and similar services are third-party. Their terms and availability are outside our control.

8. Paid service (when enabled)

Paid rentals will only open after public capacity proof and further legal review. Additional terms may apply at checkout.
